Your membership includes:

Invitations to special events, quarterly news bulletins, best of all, your hands
on exclusive wines. You will receive 4 bottles of Simaine wines 4 times per year.

However, you must be an active member to receive membership prices.

You will receive your first wines at sign up and can purchase additional wines
at your membership price.

I understand that by signing up for the Simaine Circle of Friends Wine Club:

1) I have agreed to purchase the current shipment, at the time of club sign up.
 
2) I will have my credit card automatically billed, or I can send a check in
advance with each shipment.
 
3) I may order more Simaine wines at the priceof my membership, as
quantities allow.

4) I can cancel my membership with written notification at anytime after receipt
of first shipment.

5) I am committed to purchase the club shipment unless I have formally dropped
out of the wine club, with written notification, prior to release.

6) Simaine will ship my wine upon release, unless specified that I prefer to pick
up my wine.

7) Simaine will hold my wine for pickup for 2 weeks, after that time it will be
shipped at my expense, unless special arrangements are made.

8) All wine club members must be over the age of 21, and that upon delivery,
wine must be accepted & signed by someone over the age of 21, for it
to be delivered.

9) Costs will include wine, sales tax & shipping.
